When I First Started Ballet I Was Told not To Buy Any Clothes Till I After My First Lesson (no use in buying all the stuff and then not likeing it) but if you do like it i had to get a black leotard, pink tights, and a pair of either canvas or leather Ballet Shoes. For Your first lesson just wear a baggy t-shirt and sweatpants. But you will have to also check what uniform you dance studio has (mine is pretty strict) also you have to tie your hair up on either a bun or pony tail (perferably bun). To Help With Flexabilty I Started Gymnastics and for Balance Yoga (that also help flexabitly). also you should so
at least 20 releves in 1st poistion
at least 20 releves in 5th position
at least 10 releves on left foot only
at least 10 releves on right foot only
Tendue en qua to the right (5 sets) (front right back right)
Tendue en qua to the left (5 sets) (front left back left)
at least 25 demi plea in 1st position
crunches
Hold releve in 1st. For as long as possible.
Hold releve in 5th for as long as possible.
Point and flex your feet when ever you are sitting around
Do ankle rolls whenever you are sitting around
you should do as many as these as you can
Also Rember To Strech alot!

The best exercise for dance is Pilates. You will need tights and leotard, and ballet slippers but best to check with your teacher as she might have a "uniform" in which case she will tell you what brand and colour leotard to get. I’m not shore what you mean by motives, so I can’t answer that.

When you go to class you are most likley to need a black leotard pink tights and pink ballet shoes. But you may have a certian uniform, so ask your teacher. As for things tgat you can do to prepare, pilates and yoga are good things to do to help you with flexibility ECT. You should also try to do these folowing exercises every night
50 releves in 1st poistion
50 releves in 5th position
25 releves on left foot only
25 releves on right foot only
Tendue en qua to the right (5 sets) (front right back right)
Tendue en qua to the left (5 sets) (front left back left)
50 demi plea in 1st position
10 crunches
5 pushups
Hold releve in 1st. For 30 sec.
Hold releve in 5th for 30 sec.
Point and flex your feet when ever you are sitting around
Do ankle rolls whenever you are sitting around
You should increase the number each of these that you do each day or each few days.
I hope I helped and good luck!

Hang up posters of ballerinas in your room. When u look at the poster u will probably want to practice. Buy a few leotards (go to allaboutdance.com) ballet slippers (i would recomend split sole and leather and light pink) and a couple pairs of convertible light pink dance tights. For exercises do loads of releves and crunches and plies. This will strengthen your ankles (good for training for pointe) cavs, thighs and core. All important muscles for dance.
