I think the media is over blowing this a little. I’ve always watched the World Cup because its really entertaining, but I can’t name 2 MLS teams. If Americans only care about soccer one summer every four years, its still pretty much irrelevant in our country isn’t it?

I need an idea for a graduation gift for my nephew. I can’t believe he’s already going off to college. I’ve exhausted the keychain, watch, college apparel, and fav. sports team apparel over the last few years. B-day, and Christmas and such. He’s staying in the city he lives in for college, so no luggage. I’m stumped! Any other ideas?

I look at them and the "good" teams, but it seems they spend more time kicking the ball out of bounds or passing to the other team. It’s so painful to see them actually go on offense and screw themselves over.

I am half Japanese, live in New York, currently at school in Washingtin DC and Keisuke Honda is simply amazing at soccer, period, I need his jersey. All the common online stores like fox soccer channel’s store, espn soccernet’s shop and soccer.com only have ajax and psv jerseys from Eredivisie. Its not on e-bay either! Help!
